Character

This book was written to be used by young people who want to know more about their sexuality and the reason God created them as sexual beings.

With a positive and clear language this book presents the basis of what Christ has taught us, namely, that everything we are commanded by God’s law is easy if there is love.

Each Christian should discover that, even in the most unfavourable circumstances, he has in himself as space of freedom which no-one can wrench from him, because it is God who is the source and guarantor of it.

Our day and age is one of agitation and inquietude. This tendency, evident in the daily life of our contemporaries, also manifests itself frequently in the domain of Christian and spiritual life.

This book is an essential part of the world history over the past two thousand years which identifies the main thread, the salient features, of Christian history.

The book cites a large body of biblical, philosophical and scientific evidence to highlight some disastrous consequences of the modern sexual revolution on humanity’s temporal and eternal values.

This delightful book is made up of thirty short chapters, each with a story, sometimes a very human one but which shows the importance of a particular virtue in each case. In the foreword the author begins by reminding us that the human virtues constitute the foundation for the supernatural virtues and quotes the Catechism of the Catholic Church which teaches the importance of the human virtues as “the fruit and seed of morally good acts; they dispose all the powers of the human being for communion with divine love”.
